COVID 19 - Positive Test

Dear parent/Carer, 

Yesterday, NHS Tayside’s Test & Protect Team informed us that someone connected with the school had reported a positive test for Covid 19.

As a routine precautionary measure they requested that we contact every pupil and member of staff classed as a ‘close contact’, and ask them to isolate for 10 days.

We spent most of yesterday identifying and contacting those involved. The source of the infection has been identified as external to the school, and strict hygiene routines, face coverings and recommended distancing continue to be in place.

If you haven’t been contacted then your child should still attend school.
