Health Watch
For the past three years, Brechin High School has run a successful ‘Health Watch’ student group to support positive mental health and wellbeing in school.
As part of this, we established a very popular ‘Parent and Student Cookery Course’ two years ago. We can’t invite parents into school right now, but we’re not going to let the pandemic cramp our style, so -
Each week we will share a new recipe with you.
We have seven meals to share. The cost of making all seven meals is less than £25 for the week, and each will feed a family of four.
Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 18-24 May 2020. The theme is kindness.
Mrs Black and the Health Watch group have compiled a daily schedule of activities to help support everyone's mental health and wellbeing. Remember, be kind.
